Deploy a Digital NOTAM Provider

The DNOTAM Provider publishes Digital NOTAM events to subscribed consumers via AMQP 1.0 over mTLS. It manages subscriptions, message queuing through the outbox pattern, and delivery guarantees. The companion video demonstrates this deployment on an OpenShift environment.

Steps

1. Ensure prerequisites are met and certificates are configured
2. Deploy the ActiveMQ Artemis broker with AMQP support
3. Apply the Provider Custom Resource or Helm chart
4. Configure the outbox and subscription management
5. Verify the provider is accepting consumer subscriptions
