Deploy a Consumer Validator

The Consumer Validator simulates an AISP provider. It allows you to test your DNOTAM Consumer in isolation by generating and publishing test DNOTAM events, verifying that the consumer correctly subscribes, receives, and processes messages. The companion video demonstrates this deployment on an OpenShift environment.

Steps

  1. Deploy the Consumer Validator using the provided Custom Resource
  2. Configure the validator to expose an AMQP endpoint
  3. Point your consumer to the validator's AMQP address
  4. Trigger test events and observe consumer behavior
  5. Review validation results for SPEC-170 compliance
